Inspired by the beauty of nature and the mysteriousness of the deep sea, jewelry designer Flora Lam has launched her debut collection this week. N. Historiae consists of collar necklaces, handcrafted with a 14k gold satin finish and ribbons imported from Japan, and statement rings, with fish-like elements plated in rose gold. We were instantly enamored and can’t wait to see more from this tremendously talented designer!

Levi’s Vintage Clothing pays tribute to the renegade spirit and style of the American biker with 21 one-of-a-kind leather jackets, hand-painted by 13 international artists and illustrators. LVC traces the cultural impact of Danny Lyon’s historic 1968 photo-documentary The Bikeriders. ”When the GIs returned from WWII with hand-painted leather flight jackets, they inspired biker gangs of America to decorate their motorbike jackets, evolving a style that became synonymous with leather, customization, and rebellious artwork.” Oil & Leather is in New York this weekend, at the Pop Up Flea on West 18th Street, before it heads to Toyko – so if you’re in town, be sure to check it out!

Coastal Butterfly

I’m absolutely blown away by the talent oozing from two of our favorite Aussi bloggers. Zanita and Margaret have collaborated, shooting the most stunning of editorials in Phuket, Thailand – with Zanita behind the lens and Margaret displaying her ballerina talents in ZimmermanStylestalker, and Morrison. The resulting photographs are painstakingly beautiful. Well done, ladies!
