Serengeti Under Canvas, run by renowned &Beyond, is a luxurious tented camp within the Sergenti National Park. The annual movement of 1.5 million wildebeest across the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem is one of the greatest spectacles in the natural world and the camp moves around the park year round, following the Great Migration. This is definitely going on my bucket list . . .

I’m majorly crushing on the styling in Gorman‘s Fall 2011 lookbook. Polka dots, aztec prints, black tights, pops of color, and pom pom scarves as turbans . . . helllllo!

New York, London, Milan and Paris – for weeks we closely followed each of the Fall 2011 collections and wow, were they inspiring! We, along with two of our favorite DIY bloggers, took on the challenge of picking some items from the runways and went about recreating them with our own creative twists. Lauren and I were smitten with the ruffled frills seen at Fendi, Jenni of I Spy DIY was charmed by the metallic oxfords seen at Dolce & Gabbana, and Geneva of A Pair and A Spare was taken with the textured mini skirts seen at Balmain. 3 designers and 3 DIYs, here we go!
