Just when I was about to order wallpaper for our newly renovated powder room, I heard news of our beloved Rifle Paper Co. collaborating on a series of wall coverings with Hygge & West. After much anticipation, the collection finally launched yesterday and just as I predicted, I’m back to the drawing board. Will it be the pineapples or the peonies? Samples are ordered. I’ll let you know . . .

Everything about Christopher Bailey‘s resort collection feels youthful, feminine and fresh . . . rain or shine. I mean, I don’t think I ever needed a pencil skirt as badly as I do now! And though the pieces from the collection is probably more than some of our pocketbooks can bare, at least you can walk away with a few styling points come fall.
Lately I’ve been toning down the costume jewelry in favor of fine and delicate earrings, necklaces and rings made of pure, solid gold. My collection is growing and quickly turning into an addiction. Enter designer Kathleen Whitaker, a favorite here at HonestlyWTF. We love the simplicity of her earrings – it’s amazing how such small and dainty pieces of gold can have such a strong impact . . . on the ear! It’s the kind of jewelry you’ll never want or need to take off. Ever. Trust us.
I’m not sure if I have ever seen a cooler campsite in my life. As a collector of of afghans and frequenter of Joshua Tree, I was immediately mesmerized by artist Léa Donnan tents made of salvaged crocheted blankets and then scattered across the Mojave Desert. Desert Appliqué was set up last year at the High Desert Test Site – I only wish I was around to see it in person!
Nicky and Simone Zimmermann continue to kill it season after season with their covetable collection of swimwear. This year, blue and white porcelain floral, plaid, leopard and their signature paisley prints are all mixed and matched in bold silhouettes and unique shapes. So, so good!
