Sweet Dreams

Posted by on

One of my many new years resolutions is to take on the project of revamping my bedroom. These dreamy images have inspired me to search for a chandelier, showcase the exposed beams on my ceiling, play with color, work on my vintage suitcase collection, and finally bite the bullet and purchase a Moroccan wedding blanket!

These bedrooms are just about magical. So easy to see how one could dream when in rooms that look like this.

Wow these are all amazing! The last one really caught my eye and I also love the one with vintage suitcases in their little cubbies. Gorgeous. I wish I had the space and money for a bedroom like this!

I’ve pinned all of these bedrooms! So amazing! I wish I didn’t require a ceiling fan. I love the look of a chandelier!

I love that giant frame mirror! Also, I can only imagine how luxurious that canopy bed in the raw-space loft like photo.

i saw that tented bed in the 3rd photo down in an interior design book about 10 years ago and recreated it in my room with my mom. all it took was some copper pipes (my mom knows how to weld so that was easy) some wire to hang it from the ceiling and a lot of white fabric. it turned out amazzzzing and its an easy DIY if you have the courage.
