Moroccan Rapture

When New York art dealer Dorothea McKenna Elkon first purchased this 18th century riad in Essaouira, Morocco, it was crumbling and in total disrepair. And so began its renovation and the transformation, with arched doorways, earthy colors, vaulted ceilings and sunlit rooms, is simply glorious! Swoon . . .
