It’s disappointing to see editorials like these. The western audience feels entitled to use Asian or any cultural elements such as attire and landscape as their way of illustrating a ‘spectacle’. One might look at these images on the surface and see beauty, but there is a deeper connotation. This isn’t a celebration of ‘Asian’ heritage, but rather a horrible misunderstanding and lack of cultural awareness.
Love this editoral, it reminds me so much on Tibet and I’m a huge fan of this country!
