Honestly WTF

Last week, Lauren took me to her favorite army surplus store and I came this close to buying an amazing oversized vintage rucksack. She scored some pins and patches. I walked away with a hat and spent the rest of the day regretting passing on the bag. Don’t you hate it when that happens?! And now after seeing this military inspired editorial from Marie Claire Italia, I’m definitely going back . . .

I do that all the time. In fact, my new years resolution was to stop doing it. I love the top right photo.

I know the feeling… had a similar situation with some shoes last week… the good thing about it is that when you go back and it’s still there you know that you really want it and will wear it a lot! =)

    Hi Megan,
The store is called The Supply Sergeant! It is one of my favorite places to go for inspiration. I recently bought myself an old canvas and leather gas mask bag and converted it into my camera bag. Have fun exploring their site!!!

That rucksack is to die for. Seriously, if its up for grabs, count me in. Somehow this editorial doesn’t strike me as very spring-ish. Its more like autumn…

yea, and so I found this authentic, good condition, camel-colored MINK STOLE at GoodWill. lined, with pockets, and someone’s monogram. clean, just vintage. walked around that store wearing it for an hour. took pictures of myself in it. i mean, when you do EVER really find a mink stole at GoodWill? So. Do you think i bought it???

    No.

Sure, of course, when I returned the next day…it was gone.
