honestly? If I were around that shoot, I would tell the model ” you wanna look exotic? you wanna look like you come from here? well, you look hungry enough, let’s get you some 54th hand flip flops and worn out shorts and t-shirt, now put away that make up, lose your hair, oh no, your hands look too clean, go and sew footballs and garments 17 hours a day for a year and come back, then you might look anywhere near “exotic””
I mean really, using organic f***ing cotton but letting 8 year olds sew it for 60 cts a day. Fashion is so hypocrite.
