I love it, I really do, but, “haunting”? I actually think this editorial is hilarious; needlepoint and tambourine-playing in the woods, totally tongue-in-cheek hysterical. That’s my take on it at least. Either way, good stuff.
I don’t know about you guys, but that’s not my idea about a good photo(shoot). When the model seems frozen, like some stupid doll, no emotions, no interaction with the camera or surrounding, that’s to me what makes a Bad photo. And it doesn’t engage me. it doesn’t make me imagine that this is a frozen moment where something took place before and/or after.
