DIY Floral Tree

Wow. I’m beyond smitten with this floral tree that Bri Emery and her team dreamed up for holidays. It’s so flippin’ beautiful, I’m this close to purchasing another tree this weekend just so I can make my own. Imagine having this colorful tree up all year round! 365 days of pure joy. Head over to DesignLoveFest for the full tutorial . . .

  3. This is my type of tree! And each year you could change up the floral decorations for new colours and theme.

It’s so funny you mention this, because I saw the dry flower garland hunt at the Great Hall at Cotehele (in England) in this month’s issue of The English Garden, and I *immediately* thought about you guys at HonestlyWTF. I agree, Bri’s tree is beautiful– I’m thinking about combining her concept with the concept of the massive flower garland at Cotehele that uses dried flowers. Maybe in two years once I’ve planted all of these flowers in my garden? Anyway- you can find a video of the making of the massive garland here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JDAdjCTaAY. Or just google Cotehele Garland. It’s worth it a promise! 🙂
