High waisted flares may be spring’s biggest denim trend – but honestly, when was this elongating silhouette ever out of style?! We’ve always loved our hip hugging, 70s inspired denim, with closet staples including MiH’s super flattering Marrakesh High Kick flares, Rag & Bone’s looser fitting Justine Wide Leg jeans, JBrand’s lower rise Martini Skinny flares and newcomer Frame’s dark washed Forever Karlie jeans. What are your favorites?

I love how flares look on tall girls – but I feel like they wouldn’t look good on me because I’m only 5’2″!

MiH’s suede flares look pretty amazing when I saw them on Hedvig of notherlight!
I love flares, and you just reminded me I need a new pair!
I think they work for any body size and shape. If you’re not tall but curvy like me, just make sure to wear them with a good pair of heels 😉
I can’t get over those two boys’ faces in the fourth photo haha
i LOVE LOVE LOVE my flares. Especially w platform shoes :). I agree- they are just too flattering to ever be “out” of style.

So many beautiful inspirations!!
These are only “elongating” if you wear them with platforms or heels. And can someone tell me who the woman in the 9th picture is?? The woman with the tassel fringe top. She looks like my old boss!
I have and always will have a few pairs of flared denim in my closet. A must for Spring! rebelandstarlet.com
live denim flares, so flattering I’m so glad they’re back in fashion

Hooray, it is back! Hope it will stay there for a while, so I will be able to make a DIY “How to convert your skinnies to a pair of flares”
