I like the idea with embossing objects on leather, it looks great. But I have to agree with Natasha, the fact that they are guns makes me think of violence and I really think we have enough of it in the world, no need to put in on beautiful things like handbags…

I love the leather. It is a gorgeous piece. However, I wish it was embossed with something a little less violent.
I’ve got the Guardian Angel Tote bag, with a gun pressed in it. You love or hate them. Nobody has freaked out about it (yet), people only laugh at it and say that it is awesome. It doesn’t provoke violent at all, who would be wearing a gun in her purse so obvious? Probaly nobody, and everybody knows that.

Not cool. I am dismayed that all the other readers think these are cool and edgy. Gun violence is still too common in our society. My son committed suicide with a gun. This is just as bad as wearing razor blades as jewelry. Shame on them. AnnW

I have to agree with some of the commenters above. I normally don’t comment but this one sort of disturbed me. Although I don’t believe violence should be glamourized, I think this concept isn’t so bad if it were confined to the runways or an editorial spread. But I personally would feel threatened by anyone I saw carrying this around and I think that this definitely isn’t appropriate for airports (as Kasia said) or really any public transportation/place.
One of the coolest bags I’ve ever seen. I’d really like to take one of them to an airport with me..

i think that they are pretty cool but honestly, i would only get the one with the hand cuffs, plus if you don’t like the guns then go with the hand cuffs, they aren’t promoting anything, they are just hand cuffs, and while they may be offensive, V&V has made them attractive and glamorous.
