We’ve been victims of some serious gloomy weather here lately (WTF!!!), which has me daydreaming about my favorite cold weather outerwear: ponchos and capes.  This hooded cape from Topshop reminds me of some of the looks from Rag & Bone’s Fall 2010 collection, whose inspiration came from “crazy English guys who climbed Mount Everest in the twenties.”  Sounds about right…
