Kakadu Traders

For nearly 40 years, Kakadu Traders Australia has been supplying tough, reliable outerwear products to over 50 countries around the world.  It all began several generations ago with Richard and Catherine Whillas (recognize the name?), who constructed their own oilskin cloth using a combination of waxes and oils found on the local land.  I love their leather hats and although their goods are known for their functionality and durability against the harsh Australian bush, they’ll look and do just fine in just about any setting. Very Acne-esque.

Makr Carry Goods

I’ve been on a purge kick recently and nothing is more annoying than my obscenely full and heavy wallet.  (Are you allowed to make resolutions seven months into the new year??)  These gorgeous and sleek handmade leather wallets from Makr Carry Goods are the perfect solution to keepin’ it simple.  Handmade from start to finish, they are fuss free and leave room just for the essentials.  No receipt, please.

P.S. Don’t miss their great blog!
