We love shoes but Jenna Lyons loves shoes. I mean, loves. All of her 289 pairs to be exact. When the style icon talks about the inspiration behind and the making of J.Crew’s Italian shoe collection, which is designed in New York and then produced in a small workshop in Italy, we can’t help but “ooh” and “aah” over the collection’s traffic stopping color palette, sweet floral prints, and sparkly glitter accents. Killin’ it.
Kelly Wearstler is wooing us yet again with another opulent collection of jewels. We love the combination of bold industrial components like screws and bolts with natural elements like shells and stones – as if each bauble came out of a futuristic Cabinet of Natural Curiosities!
Inky florals jackets, bleached out printed denim, striped linen, stonewashed jeans, and embellished oxford shirts . . . leave it to J.Crew to get us in the indigo mood with their March style guide. Bring on the blues!
I’m loving these ombré squash blossom necklaces, spotted on Chiara from The Blonde Salad during fashion week. If you have a moment, check out the rest of Doloris Petunia’s collection of hand-dyed crystal necklaces.
As much as I love wearing bracelets, I tend to stray away from bangles – they’re a nuisance and make too much noise, mostly because they’re usually too big for my small wrists. Designed by Cynthia Sakai, Vita Fede‘s collection of modern and sophisticated hinged bracelets have convinced me otherwise. Not only are they available in different sizes, they are incredible comfortable and weighty . . . and have been a permanent staple in my jewelry rotation. Honestly, obsessed!
