Valentino Spring Couture 2013

Posted by on

Maria Grazia Chiuri and her design partner Pierpaolo Piccioli brought an emotional Valentino to his feet as their show closed the Spring 2013 couture season. Inspired by wrought-iron gates and secret labyrinths of formal gardens, the duo stuck true to the brand’s identity with show-stopping artisanal dresses adorned with hand painted organza, luxe embroidery, hand-rolled crepe piping, stamped wool, and intricate crystal beading. Dramatic and romantic perfection.

Ulyana Sergeenko Spring Couture 2013

Posted by on

Nostalgia came knocking on our door yesterday in the form of Ulyana Sergeenko‘s second couture collection. Love. It. All.

Maison Scotch Spring 2013

Maison Scotch‘s spring lookbook is clashing with prints and color and we love every bit of it. Animal prints mixed with geometric patterns, earth tones combined with pops of neon, ethnic embroidery combined with tie dye . . . each and every ensemble is exactly what we would pack for an exotic trip abroad this spring.

Prabal Gurung x Target

Posted by on

Inspired by a young woman’s journey through love, Prabal Gurung has created an 80-piece collection for Target that is right in line with his brand. I’m most excited for the bright floral prints in romantic silhouettes as well as the delicate sandals and heels. And how apropos that the collaboration launches right before Valentine’s Day. Love will truly be in the air!
