I love this look. I have tried it a number of times recently. Somehow, though, even though I am aiming for retro, I always end up looking more urban. I don’t get it. Maybe my hair just doesn’t stay teased well enough.
So pretty! i think a lot of teasing is necessary to give a good ooomp behind the band
in dramatic fashion
