Believe it or not, these images are not digitally enhanced. Honestly. The man behind these mind boggling art installations is Felice Varini, a Swiss artist who is known for his masterful geometric anamorphic illusions. Anamorphic illusions are images which only make sense from a single vantage point. One misstep and you’ll see fragmented shapes like this, this and this. Rub those eyes, look again and trip out. Varni has been challenging the notions of point of view and perspective since 1979, using projector-stencil techniques in various urban areas, entire villages, and historical buildings. Incredible!
