Isabelle Feliu

It was the exaggerated proportions of the female figure that first drew me to one of Isabelle Feliu‘s illustrations. Then after exploring the Oslo based artists’ work further, I was enamored – strong, diverse and confident women donning Gucci, Monse, Vivetta, Marni and Dolce & Gabbana in the tropics . . . yes! What a beautiful portrayal of womanhood.

Love her work so much! It makes me think of Tarsila do Amaral (greatest brazilian artist from the 20th century) <3

  3. The total red with camels makes me think of Gauguin and of some tropical island of the Pacific Ocean. So inspiring all the pieces by the way.
