Gray Malin Giveaway

Posted by on

Oh, how we love Gray Malin‘s ability to transport us to far away destinations like Sydney, Lisbon, Rio and even Marfa. After swooning over his À la Plage, À la Piscine collection a few months ago, I finally settled on a extra large scale print for my dining room – in hopes that it will sweep me off my feet to St. Tropez every time I glance upon it. And thanks to Gray’s generosity, he’s offered to giveaway one of his signed 44″ x 32″ prints, from his ’A la Plage, A la Piscine‘, ‘Prada Marfa‘, and ‘Up & Away‘ series, to one lucky reader! Simply leave a comment below, follow Gray Malin on Twitter and then head to his Facebook page for the remaining details on how to enter. A winner will be selected at random on November 20th. (Winners will be announced and contacted by email. Good luck! xx)

i just moved to LA from a strange, southern gothic city, and his prints sum up so much about the odd splendor and tragicomedy of LA for me. thanks for introducing me!

  11. Micah Tjeerdsma    November 15, 2012

He should credit the artists behind the ‘Prada Marfa’ installation!
I wonder if they know about this work?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prada_Marfa

I am a great fan of the artists duo Elmgreen and Dragset, and I always found this particular work very witty. I think this photographer – albeit a fine and skillful photogapher – trivializes this installation in his series of images.
